参观故宫,一是欣赏丰富多彩的建筑艺术;二是观赏陈列于室内的珍贵的文物。我重点为大家讲一下丰富多彩的建筑艺术。
故宫建筑丰富多彩,仅不同形式的屋顶就有10种以上,比如故宫的正门“午门”又叫“五凤楼”,为什么叫“五凤楼”呢?因为在十米高的城墙上耸立着五座城楼,楼顶屋檐翘起,从上面看就像五只展翅欲飞的凤凰,所以又叫“五凤楼”。
故宫内有很多大小不一的宫殿,据说共有九千九百九十九间半,够多吧!打个比方说,如果一个婴儿从哇哇坠地开始,每晚住不同的房间,等他住完所有房间以后,已经是一个27岁的年轻人啦。
其实故宫里只有八千七百零七间,为什么呢,这里面还有个小故事呢。永乐皇帝当时想盖九千九百九十九间半,但丞相刘伯温在出去买材料时,看见老百姓的生活越来越苦,就出一些钱分给了老百姓,结果剩下的钱就不够盖那么多房间了。

Ittook14yearstocompletethemagnificentpalace.Constructionbeganin1406andfinishedin1420.Thefollowingyear,in1421thecapitaloftheMingDynastywasmovedfromNanjingtoBeijing.StartingfromthethirdemperoroftheMingDynastyZhuDitothelastemperoroftheQingDynastyPuYi,altogether24emperorslivedhereforatotalof491years.14ofthenwereMingemperorsand10wereQingemperors.

游客们,大家好!我姓周,大家可以叫我周导,也可以叫我小周。今天将由我带领大家一起去游览一下明清两代的皇家宫殿――故宫。希望通过我的讲解,大家能对故宫有所了解。请大家紧随我的脚步,前方就是故宫了。故宫,又叫紫禁城,在北京的市中心,面积大约有72万平方米,是我国古代建筑群里的精华,也是世界五大宫的其中之一。我要来考考我们团里的小朋友,你们知道世界五大宫是哪五大宫吗?答对了,除了我们国家的故宫,还有法国的凡尔赛宫、英国的白金汉宫、俄罗斯的克里姆林宫和美国的白宫,这五大宫并称世界五大宫。
现在大家已经来到故宫了,我给大家重点介绍一下三大殿,它们是世界闻名的,独一无二的建筑,分别是:太和殿、中和殿还有保和殿。首先展现在我们眼前的就是太和殿。太和殿原名奉天殿,是皇帝举行大典的地方。我们走近去瞧一瞧,大家可以想到什么词来形容这个大殿吗?金碧辉煌不错,古色古香也行。仔细看这一根根的红漆柱子,粗壮扎实吧?这些都是精心挑选的整木啊!再看窗框上雕刻的精美艺术品,简直可以用栩栩如生来形容。皇帝的宝座更是金光闪闪,扶手上到处都是龙,正上方“正大光明”四个大字也是熠熠生辉啊!
前方就是中和殿了,请大家跟我往里走。中和殿是三个殿中面积最小的,但是它小而精致,它是皇帝去太和殿之前休息的地方。小周要请大家抬头看看中和殿檐角上蹲着的小兽,大家可以数一数,总共有几只小兽?是的,9只小兽,有谁留意刚才太和殿的小兽有几只?哈哈,答对了,有十只,那么为什么这个数量上会有不同的呢?我先卖个关子,等大家参观完保和殿再告诉大家。
保和殿,顾名思义就是保持宇内和谐,才能福寿安乐,天下太平。保和殿高有29米,殿顶呈梯形,高高在上。屋顶上全是黄色琉璃瓦,里面金砖铺地,可以说非常富丽堂皇。大家来看殿内的这块匾额,上面写着“皇建有极”,是乾隆御笔题词。相传乾隆年间,科举考试殿试的地点就在保和殿。出了保和殿,我们也来数数檐上的小兽吧!是不是跟中和殿一样,9只小兽啊?现在小周要告诉大家了,其实我们中国古代建筑在装饰上是非常有讲究的,皇帝是九五之尊,所以数量以9居多,而太和殿又是至高无上的,所以上面有10只小兽,中和殿,保和殿都是9只,其他殿上的小兽按级递减,除此以外,这些小兽依次排列在高高的檐角处,还有象征意义呢!它可以消灾免祸,逢凶化吉。
