看英文电影的学习技巧：

1、尽量选取一些的英文大片进行观赏;

背单词的学习技巧：

1、零散时间多遍记忆法：根据心理学研究表明，人的瞬间记忆能力，随着时间的推移而记忆递减，五遍左右方可记忆某一事物或人而短期不忘。我记单词的方法是：在第一天的晚上划出200个单词准备次日记忆。早起用最多半小时将200个单词看一遍，边看长相、音标、词性和词意边读出，既练发音，又练听力，还练了记忆，一举三得。利用课余时间、等车时间、坐车时间、排队时间等一切零散时间随时进行复习，每三个小时看一遍，一天除去睡眠8小时之外至少看四、五遍。不论是否记牢固继续以每天200个单词累计五天，每星期六复习过去一个星期的单词量。如此坚持六个月，单词总记忆量会达到24000个，去掉忘记50%的单词的可能，还余12000个。这个单词量几乎足够人生十年应用英语了!

自学小贴士：记单词最不实际的方法是用两个小时当场记牢十个单词，一天记十个，第二天忘记七八个。最简单而实用的单词记忆方法就是对一个单词不必当场记下而是循序渐进反复多遍，久而久之而积累多多，最重要的是长时间而记忆犹新!不信你可以试试。
